I know some good books with queer characters in them, so me and The Gay Empress thought we should make a post about them. Some of these I haven't read yet, I've just heard that they have good representation. :)

  1. George by Alex Gino: Transgender

  2. Gracefully Grayson by Ami Polonsky: Transgender

  3. The Pants Project by Cat Clarke: Transgender, lesbian

  4. The Hammer of Thor by Rick Riordan: Genderfluid

  5. The House of Hades by Rick Riordan: Gay

  6. Rick by Alex Gino: Ace/aro

Nerdy Girls Don't by Linda Rey has gay and lesbian references/characters, but a little bit of hate by a homophobic parent, very good book, if you'd like to read that one, the character also has OCD.

I've read some good ones. Drum Roll, Please (m-spec, lesbian) and Hazel's Theory of Evolution (aroace, trans, lesbian) both by Lisa Bigelow, Zenobia July (trans) by Lisa Bunker
