Venting Guidelines Reminder

Hello everyone!

There's been a rise in discussion relating to venting on this website, and in order to make venting more comfortable and less upsetting for members, we've created some guidelines on how to vent, and what and what not to do.

Venting Guidelines:

- As you all may be aware, the Pride Club is a safe space for members of the LGBTQ+ community to interact with other members, which includes members who may be younger. When venting, we ask that you use trigger warnings for upsetting topics (such as death, vomit, etc. trigger warnings for caps are not required, though you may add them if you feel they're needed). We also ask that you minimize cursing as much as possible and keep inappropriate topics away.

- Please keep arguments and directed vents away. If you have a problem with someone, take it up with them privately.

- If you are dealing with extreme emotions/situations, such as suicidal thoughts/behaviors, self harm thoughts/behaviors, eating disorders, etc. Please direct your vent to https://theprideclub.wixsite.com/pride/profile/venting/profile. All other information is provided there.
